ROM WOD

A 20 minute class that consists of a stretching routine specifically designed to increase flexibility, boost performance, optimize range of motion, and accelerate recovery.  This class is different every day or can be specially tailored to work on particular areas.

OLY, STRENGTH, AND POWERLIFTING

This class will focus on technique of Olympic Lifts (snatch, clean and jerk) for better understanding and fine tuning of movements. Class will also focus on strength training for power lifts (deadlifts, squat, bench) and accessory work to improve overall strength for Olympic Lifts and WODs.
